Terms and Conditions of Entry into the 2025 Mount Isa Mines Rodeo
1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except when facilitated by the
ticketing organisers.
2. Event organisers reserve the right to withdraw, reschedule or substitute rodeo events and
may vary advertised programs if necessary for the successful running of the event.
3. No alcohol or illicit drugs are to be brought into the event.
4. No glass, eskys, umbrellas, video cameras or professional cameras are permitted into the
event.
5. Audio or visual recordings of the event are prohibited. Still cameras (not professional) are
permitted but images may only be used for private purposes and not public display. If you
wish to use a professional camera, please contact us at admin@mtisarodeo.com.au to
apply for accreditation.
6. Drones and remotely piloted aircraft are strictly prohibited.
7. Patrons consent to be included in film and sound recordings of the event and for these
recordings to be used by the event organiser for future promotion of the event.
8. Ticket to be redeemed at event for wrist band in order to gain entry and re-entry. Wrist
band must be worn for the relevant event ticket type duration. Broken wrist bands will not
be honoured.
9. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased
through the authorised point of sale.
10. All bookings and ticket purchases are non-transferable unless facilitated by the ticketing
organisers.
11. The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the event organiser and the venues
terms of admission.
12. It is a condition of entry that you submit to a search of person or possessions on entry to
the venue if we decide to take such action.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability of any nature for the acts,
omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the event or any
liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or
in association with this event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which
cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included
in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will
be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services
supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or
special damages.
14. You acknowledge that neither the event organisers nor the venue will be responsible for
any loss or damage to the property (including personal property such as bags, money or
other personal items) brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees.
15. You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the event by you or your invitees.
16. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason.
17. You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the
event. We may refuse entry or evict you or any of your invitees if behaving in a disorderly,
offensive or inappropriate manner.
18. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked
or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.
19. Pursuant to your booking, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you
including your name, suburb and email address.
20. We care for the environment and community. Please be respectful and place litter in the bins
provided around the venue.
21. Children must be accompanied by and supervised by an adult whilst attending the event.
22. Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller-blades/skates, musical instruments, amplification
equipment, stepladders, signs, banners, or other items that could obstruct view or cause
safety hazards are prohibited.
23. Firearms, explosive devices, or any items that could be used as weapons are strictly
prohibited.
24. Attendees are expected to behave in an orderly manner and avoid disruptive or offensive
behaviour and to follow instructions from event officials and staff.
25. You must not interfere with the enjoyment, comfort, or safety of other attendees.
26. Organisers may refuse entry or remove individuals who violate terms and conditions,
disrupt the event, or engage in unacceptable behaviour.
27. Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in Designated Outdoor Smoking Areas.
28. Camp fires are not permitted.
29. Three day passes can only be purchased online, not at the gate. Ticketing for three day
passes will close at midday on Friday 8 th August.
30. Pets are not permitted into the event or in the camping grounds, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Terms and Conditions for 2025 Isa Rodeo Chute Tours
Tour Cost $100.00.
All participants must:

Services Building is located just off to the left as you enter the Sutton Street
Ticket Gates and will be shown on the site map.
